One parking spot is available per reservation for standard-size personal vehicles only, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaints will incur a $500 fine. Indoor smoking is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations.
