The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring a restful stay for up to eight guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per stay. We kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture and prefer crate-trained pets. Exterior cameras are installed for safety, but none are inside or facing your unit. The pool is heated to about 20 degrees above ambient temperature, with a maximum of 85 degrees. Check-in is easy with keypad entry at the front of the property. Guests must be over 25 years old to book. A damage waiver of $55 is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported before check-out.
