This one-bedroom apartment features a king bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room, comfortably sleeping four guests. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a fire pit, lounge chairs, and outdoor seating. Free parking is available, and the washer and dryer are located behind Unit 2. "Palm Paradise Inn- the Beach" consists of three units sharing a pool and a large backyard outdoor space. The "Coconut" unit is a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room. Relax by the pool or walk to the beach. The outdoor area includes multiple seating and lounge areas and a grill for the ultimate cookout. Enjoy floating in the pool or grab some beach chairs and dig your toes in the sand. We are pet friendly with a charge of $125 per stay. We ask that pets are kept out of the pool and off the furniture, and prefer crate-trained pets. North Fort Lauderdale Beach is an amazing pocket in Fort Lauderdale, just a 5-minute drive from the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach and a 10-minute drive to Lauderdale by the Sea. This tight-knit community offers walkable and bikeable options, with Cafe Martorano, a famous restaurant, down the street. The Coral Ridge Mall is a 7-minute drive, featuring Target, Publix, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Old Navy, and more. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Your apartment is private, but the backyard, grill, and pool are shared spaces. No parties, no pets unless previously discussed, and no smoking anywhere on the property. Exterior cameras are located on the outside of the property facing the parking lot, side gate entrance, and pool for safety. Pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above ambient temperatures, with a max of 85 degrees. During Florida’s colder months, pool temperatures may be affected. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a Rental Agreement, providing a valid ID and matching credit card, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver for accidental damage coverage during your stay.
