The outdoor area consists of multiple seating and lounge areas as well as a grill for the ultimate cookout experience. The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen and access to a washer and dryer located behind Unit 2 next to the pool. We are pet-friendly with a charge of $125 per stay. We ask that pets be kept out of the pool and off the furniture, with crate-trained pets preferred. North Fort Lauderdale Beach is an amazing pocket in Fort Lauderdale. You are only a 5-minute drive from the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach and a 10-minute drive to Lauderdale by the Sea. This tight-knit community offers walkable and bikeable options, with nearby attractions like Cafe Martorano and Coral Ridge Mall just a short drive away. This property consists of three units, with your apartment being completely private and exclusive to you. The backyard, grill, and pool are shared spaces. No parties, no smoking, and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Exterior cameras are located on the outside of the property facing the parking lot, side gate entrance, and pool to ensure safety. The pool heats to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures, with a max temperature set to 85 degrees. During Florida’s colder months, the pool temperature may be affected by cold fronts.
