The back unit has two bedrooms with a king bed, two queens, and a twin bed, along with a comfortable sofa in the living room. The side unit offers one bedroom with a king bed and a twin trundle bed in the living room. The property is family-friendly and welcomes pets, featuring a private pool, backyard with corn hole, an outdoor grill, and beach chairs for your enjoyment. Pool heating is available for $50 per day. Pets are welcome upon prior discussion. The property features exterior cameras at the main entrance and side gate entrance for security. The pools are heated to about 20 degrees above the ambient temperature, with a maximum of 85 degrees, though this may vary during colder months. Nestled in a prime location, this Fort Lauderdale gem is close to tourist attractions yet offers a local feel. A short 5-7 minute walk takes you to the beach, while a quick drive brings you to Lauderdale by the Sea, Las Olas, and the bustling Fort Lauderdale Beach. Coral Ridge Mall, with its array of shops including Super Target and Publix, is just a 5-minute drive away. Having a car is recommended for exploring South Florida, or rent a golf cart for a more local experience. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. No parties are allowed, and if the police are called due to noise, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. No smoking and no unregistered guests are permitted on the property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking, including signing a rental agreement, providing a valid ID and matching credit card, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The waiver covers accidental damage reported before check-out.
