The property features one bedroom with a queen bed, a cozy living area, reliable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're in town for a quick stopover or an extended visit, Modern Escape FTL places you close to stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and diverse dining options. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is available for standard-size personal vehicles only. A $100 non-refundable fee per pet is required to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an additional fee. A $500 fine applies for violations of the no parties or events policy, quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM, and indoor smoking prohibition. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Late checkout at 12 PM is available for an additional $25 if requested by 9 PM the night before. Exterior cameras monitor the property for guest safety, and tampering with them incurs a $1000 fine. Pets must be leashed or crated outside, and guests are responsible for any damage caused. Crypto mining is not allowed, and package delivery requires prior host permission. No packages may be delivered outside of the guest’s booked dates. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
