You’re just 10 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from the Convention Center and Port Everglades, and right near Harbordale Park and 17th Street’s cafes and restaurants. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Harbordale is a vibrant coastal enclave, offering easy access to the Atlantic shore, Las Olas Boulevard’s shops and restaurants, and green spaces like George English Park and Birch State Park. Publix grocery store is a short 5-minute walk, as is Embassy Suites Hilton. A Taco Bell and a new 7-Eleven are also nearby. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Please exercise caution when using the sauna and cold plunge; these amenities should be used responsibly and at your own risk, and are not recommended for children. Locked areas, including the garage, cabinet doors, and modem box, are for management access only. This is a duplex property and Unit B is your designated space. Please do not attempt to enter Unit A. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit causing damages. Please load the dishwasher or wash the dishes prior to checking out. Please bag all loose trash and put it in the waste bins provided. The black bin is for all trash and the blue bin is for recycling. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Our cleaners are not movers and they will charge us additionally for this. The fees will be passed down to you. Please ensure that you clean up after your furry family members. We will apply an excessive cleaning fee to unreasonably dirty homes. Please ensure that your pets are not creating a noise disturbance during your stay. If we receive more than 3 complaints, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Pets may NOT be on our beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. Please make sure all PET FEES are paid PRIOR to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed. All pets are to be leashed while outside at all times. Please do not leave the sauna running unattended. Decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed and approved. Our cleaners will charge additionally for an excessive clean as it’s incredibly hard to remove. The fees will be passed along to you. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. There are 5 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices on the property. Any and all recordings captured on our property remain our property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or rocks & PLEASE CLOSE ALL DOORS) or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Any and all planned or spontaneous special events or gatherings are subject to approval under stipulation that varies from property to property. They are also subject to a fee. If evidence of a special event or gathering has been discovered you will be asked to pay the fee and agree to our terms. If the event or gathering does not meet our stipulations or terms, the fee will still be expected to be due but the event and/or gathering will need to end immediately.
