This property is a duplex, and Unit A is your unit; please do not attempt entry to side B. Locked areas such as garage cabinet doors and the modem box are for management use only. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. The black bin is for all trash and the blue bin is for recycling. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Please ensure all pet fees are paid prior to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed. All pets are to be leashed while outside at all times. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas.
