This well-thought-out property offers a comfortable stay for friends, family, and colleagues alike. This modern home features smart appliances, LED mirrors, and home automation features, balanced with greenery and wooden accents for a warm feel. The first level boasts a fully equipped bathroom, a full kitchen with a large island and seating for four, a dining table for six, an oversized couch that converts into a sleeper sofa, and a large TV. The patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a grill, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a pool. The kitchen is equipped with large pots and pans, bakeware, a coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, rice cooker, and toaster. Parking is available for one vehicle inside the garage and two vehicles on the driveway. The garage offers the capability to charge an EV. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $30 per night for one pet and $40 per night for two pets, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy of 10 may be accommodated for a fee of $40 per night per guest, subject to availability and approval. Situated in the posh Victoria Park neighborhood, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant nightlife and luxury homes of Las Olas, and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Holiday Park, ideal for outdoor exercises, is a few blocks away, a 5-minute walk from the property. Riverfront, a popular nightlife destination, is a 10-minute Uber ride away. Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood with a blend of modern mansions and historic properties, centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio or outside of the home, with ashtrays provided. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 smoke remediation fee. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited, and any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and music and loud conversation must be kept strictly inside the home during these hours. Use of the patio, balcony, or front entrance areas for loud activities during quiet hours is not permitted. Any fines issued by the city due to guest noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins may be available for an additional fee ($300 for 12:30 PM, $200 for 2 PM). Late check-outs are based on availability and incur an additional fee of $150 per hour. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill if familiar with propane gas grills, and should ensure the propane tank is turned on and off properly. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use. Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink. Guests are asked to load the dishwasher or wash dishes prior to checking out. Plastic dishes should not be put in the dishwasher. All guests must abide by city, state, and federal laws. Guests must ensure the house looks reasonably neat upon checkout, with furniture placed as it was at check-in. All personal belongings should be collected. Guests must ask the host prior to booking if the intent is for commercial photography or filming, which incurs an additional $500 fee and mandatory location credit. Decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed and approved, as excessive cleaning fees will be passed on to guests. A valid point of communication is imperative for emergencies and issues; the access code will not be provided until a valid contact is secured. Guests must notify the host immediately of any broken items. Guests must follow trash and recycling guidelines, bagging all loose items and placing them in provided bins. Excessive trash requiring hauling away will incur a $75 removal fee, and excessive waste or mess requiring professional deep cleaning will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. Travel insurance is highly recommended due to potential hurricanes and severe weather. Tropical bugs and wildlife may be present, and guests should notify the host of any encounters. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests; only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized occupants will incur tiered violation fees ($500 for 11-15 people, $800 for 16-22 people) and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Unauthorized guests are not allowed without expressed consent, and any overnight guests must be listed with the booking. Unruly guests will receive a first and final warning, and any costs associated with security dispatch will be charged to the guests. Upon a second complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. Fort Lauderdale water has a yellow tint due to tannins; Brita filters, a smart fridge with purified water, and water bottles are provided for convenience. Guests must not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All used towels and kitchen linens must be washed prior to checking out. Five TidePods are provided for free use. Guests must ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. Four outdoor cameras and two sound level detection devices are in place for security. Any fees associated with dispatching security to enforce, warn, or evict will be passed along to the guest.
