Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found to be smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may incur a fine of $50 per unapproved guest. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
