One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. This apartment is centrally located in Riverside, Fort Lauderdale. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine will be incurred for any violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and a $1000 fine will be incurred for any violation. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission and no packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates.
