Feel at home in this beautifully renovated unit D-5 at the Coral Resort, a boutique hotel just 2 blocks from Clearwater Beach. This unit is perfectly situated to capture natural sunlight during the day while providing peace and quiet at night. Note that D-5 is not a direct waterview unit. This unit features an open layout with hardwood floors, a comfy sofa, and a full kitchen with a stainless steel fridge. The full bathroom includes a faux marble walk-in shower. Toiletries, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels are provided. Enjoy access to the year-round heated pool and private fishing dock, as well as the tropical courtyard for lounging. Parking is available on-site and included with your stay. Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach. The immediate area is full of restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops, and it's a 2-minute walk to the beach. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay.
