The private fishing dock is perfect for fishing or watching dolphins swim by. The unit D-5 captures natural sunlight during the day while providing peace and quiet at night, featuring a fold-up full bed for extra space, a 2-seater dining area, a comfy sofa, and a smart TV. The full kitchen includes a stainless steel fridge, though no dishwasher, and the bathroom boasts a faux marble walk-in shower. Toiletries, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels are provided. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. The resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities to guests, such as the pool or fitness center, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs. Please note that fees may not be included in the total when booking through third-party platforms, and we reserve the right to collect these fees separately if they are not reflected in the initial booking total. Coral Resort is located on Clearwater Beach, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. It's just a two-minute walk to the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed at any time, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected inside the rental. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with fees applicable for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. A $125 fee applies for lockouts, with a $200 fee outside regular business hours. Please note that weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and we do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Includes Wi-Fi for remote work-friendly accommodation, though a laptop computer is not included.
