Located in a beachside neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants, right across from Clearwater Beach. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie must be completed prior to arrival. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or Smart TV apps. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Regular pest treatment is in place, and it is common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
