Beach gear is available for guest use. The resort features a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard. Parking is available on-site and included with your stay. Located in a beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants right outside the resort, everything is walkable and you won't even need a car. Enjoy partial water views from the suite and direct pool access. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect to see some debris and noise during daytime hours on weekdays until the end of 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project in Clearwater Beach from October to November 2025, which may include temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged.
