Welcome to this waterfront corner studio suite on Clearwater Beach, where you can feel at home in a quiet atmosphere filled with sunlight. This 250 sqft suite is located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and with a view of the channel. This beautifully designed suite features a queen Murphy bed set-up prior to arrival, a futon that sleeps one, a stove with oven, a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, an ice maker, a dining table for 2, a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets, and a Smart TV where guests must log in to their own channels. Beach gear is available for guest use. Parking is available on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in and make sure this pass is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Located in a beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants right outside the resort, everything is walkable and a car is not needed. Parties are not allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If there is a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Regular pest treatment is in place. It is common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. No refunds are offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance is available if needed. [SI]
