This suite features an open layout, a full-size murphy bed set-up prior to arrival, a hot top for cooking (no full oven), a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and a dining table for 2. Relax on the cozy sofa with pillows and blankets and enjoy entertainment on the ROKU TV (guest must log in to their own channels). The bathroom includes a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet, and spa soap. Free parking is available on-site. Laundry facilities are also available on-site. The beachside neighborhood offers bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. Everything is easily accessible without a car. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Minimum age to check-in is 25 years of age.
