This 250 sqft suite is perfectly located with the beach just 2 blocks away and a view of the channel at the bottom of your steps. This beautifully designed suite features an open layout, a full-size murphy bed set-up prior to arrival, pillows, sheets, and sunlight from views. The kitchenette includes a hot top for cooking (no full oven), a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, and a microwave. The sitting area offers a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets and a ROKU TV (guest must log in to their own channels). The bathroom features a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet, a fish bowl sink, and spa soap. Enjoy direct pool access and beach gear. Free parking is available on-site. The beachside neighborhood offers bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect to see some debris and noise during daytime hours on weekdays until the end of the year 2025. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
