This studio suite offers water views and a cozy atmosphere filled with sunlight. This modernized studio features luxury amenities for a comfortable stay. It includes a full-size murphy bed set-up for your arrival, a cozy couch and ottoman in the sitting area, and a 55-inch ROKU TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, oven, full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and spa soap. Beach gear, including beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, is provided. Free parking is available. Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Enjoy views of dolphins, manatees, and sea birds. The balcony is shared with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental; if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and inaccessible, with potential debris and noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025.
