There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM until the end of the year 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, scheduled for October–November 2025, during which time there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie.
