Enjoy access to a heated pool, a private fishing dock, and a large outdoor dining area. Parking is available on-site and included in your stay; a parking pass must be visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Located just a 2-minute walk to Clearwater Beach, this suite is surrounded by restaurants, bars, boutique shops, ice cream parlors, and cafes. Enjoy easy access to water sports and deep-sea fishing, all within a 5-minute walk. There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM until the end of 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, scheduled for October–November 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental; if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in; anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. If cleaners determined smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged.
