The suite includes a full bed, a new dining table for two, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new stainless steel stove. Beach supplies and complimentary coffee are provided for your convenience. Guests have access to free parking with a pass provided at the front desk. The resort amenities include a heated lagoon pool, a large sunny outdoor dining area, a private fishing dock, and onsite laundry facilities. Nestled in a vibrant beach community, this suite is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, bars, boutique shops, and entertainment options all within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay, and there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges.
