The apartment features high-quality furnishings, a chic L-shaped sofa, two Smart TVs, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air and a full pool view. Resort amenities include a heated pool and laundry facilities. The Aura apartment is beautifully designed with high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and sits entirely water-facing. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double door fridge with a purified water dispenser, an oven, stove top, microwave, farmers sink, and a dishwasher. The apartment also features a walk-in tiled shower, floating vanity, and wooden beams on the ceiling, creating a metropolitan ultra-luxury and St. Regis seaside interior. Enjoy cooking in the Michelin-quality kitchen while watching dolphins play in the crystal intracoastal waters. Parking is on-site and included in your stay, with a parking pass provided at check-in. Please ensure the pass is visible on your vehicle's dashboard. Resort amenities include a heated pool, and guests are encouraged to follow the resort's pool rules. Additional fees may apply for cleaning, service, and resort amenities, which cover costs such as Wi-Fi, toiletries, and property maintenance. Clearwater Beach is a vibrant tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and stores all within walking distance. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. No parties are allowed, and smoking or vaping inside the apartment will result in a $250 penalty. The balcony is shared with your neighbor and is standing-room only. Please practice caution and do not throw anything over the side. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID and verification photo are required. Guests are responsible for logging in and out of their own accounts on streaming services and smart TV apps. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest with a service fee. The thermostat should be set to 'AUTO' mode and not lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Noise from neighboring projects or renovations is possible during weekday daytime hours, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. Every reservation includes a damage waiver program covering up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
