Welcome to the Aura, a luxury waterfront apartment just a 2-minute walk from Clearwater Beach. This redesigned 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Coral Resort, offering panoramic waterfront views and abundant sunlight. The apartment features high-quality furnishings, a chic L-shaped sofa, two Smart TVs, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air and a full pool view. Resort amenities include a heated pool, BBQ grills, and a laundry facility. The Aura apartment is beautifully designed with high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and sits entirely water-facing. It boasts stainless steel appliances, a walk-in tiled shower, granite countertops, and wooden beams on the ceiling. The aesthetic combines metropolitan ultra-luxury with a St. Regis seaside interior. The kitchen is equipped with a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, an oven, stove top, microwave, farmer's sink, island seating for two, floating shelves, a dual Keurig k-cup/drip coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Entertainment options include two Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, and a chic L-shaped sofa. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay, following Covid protocols. Parking is on-site and included in your stay, with a parking pass provided at check-in. The resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities to guests, such as the pool, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 4% processing fee applied by our payment processor, which is not refundable. Other payment methods are free. Clearwater Beach is a vibrant tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and stores all within walking distance. Guests can enjoy the town without needing a car, although free parking is available for those who bring one. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction, which may result in some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. No parties are allowed at any time, and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the rental, with a $250 penalty for violations. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the Smart TVs. The thermostat should be set to “AUTO” mode and not lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. The resort fee is a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. Personal items left behind will incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for their return. Weapons are not allowed on the property without prior written approval, with a $250 penalty for violations.
