If parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item such as key, fob, or gate card is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise including vaping is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 will be charged. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter property if there is a loose dog.
