Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and downtown Clearwater, the villa sits in a peaceful residential area while keeping you close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
