If you would like pool heat, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and you agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located a short drive from Clearwater Beach and close to Downtown Largo, the residential setting offers quick routes to beautiful shoreline, local parks, and attractions throughout the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area. The neighborhood provides a comfortable base to explore coastal spots or enjoy a quiet stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 9 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
