This home features 3 spacious bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and 2 full beds, plus a queen air mattress. Enjoy the private heated pool, 2 full bathrooms including an ensuite in the master bedroom, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The open living room offers comfy seating and Tulum-inspired decor, while the open concept dining area provides ample space for meals. The large, fully fenced backyard includes a fire pit and plenty of lounge seating. Outdoor seating and dining options are complemented by a flat-screen smart TV, and the home is equipped with high-speed free Wi-Fi and 4 smart TVs. Additional amenities include a spacious walk-in closet and a Keurig coffee bar. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required for arrangement. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, accommodating up to 2 vehicles, with an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area. This property is a short drive to the famous beautiful white sand beaches and offers free parking for up to 3 vehicles. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay.
