The kitchen is large for city standards with significant pantry space, GE appliances, gas cooking, fridge with icemaker and filtered water, quartz counters and IKEA cabinets of red melamine and stainless steel. Rental includes a small front yard and porch and a larger back yard and porch with parking for 1-2 cars depending on size and configuration. This rental does not include the basement.
