Hi. This is a private 2-story home in a friendly neighborhood called Stronghold within DC proper only a few blocks away from Howard University. The room for rent is on the Street Level and Rent + Utilities Included is $2,000. Utilities include water, gas, internet, heat & a/c (managed by 2 independent HVAC systems). Pets are negotiable, but House Rules must be discussed and agreed to before signing lease. The room available has its own entrance separate from the main entrance and is connected to the back yard. It has its own bathroom to the immediate right of the room and the washer and dryer is also right outside the room. The room is full furnished as are the common spaces. The tenant sought is preferably a student in graduate school or professional school (med school, law school, masters or PhD), or a working professional. The other two tenants are law students.
