The community is friendly, with a diverse mix of young couples, and families with children. The location is super convenient, and is our favorite feature. BART, and nice coffee shops are 5 minutes away, walking. Lake Merritt is 10 minutes away. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are 10 minutes away, driving. Nice restaurants at College Avenue are 15 minutes away. We live in the same building, and really enjoy it here! Rent includes 1 assigned garage parking spot, water, trash, sewer, and high-speed fiber internet.
