This is a shared living space in a four bedroom house. Each tenant has their own bedroom and key. The common areas are shared and the house accommodates 4 residents. There are two full bathrooms, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There are two parking spaces in the driveway which residents share on an alternating schedule and street parking is available. The owner pays for water, garbage, and gardener, who comes twice a month. Residents pay for PG&E, and a $30 per month cleaning fee for the common areas of the house. We are looking for a mature, well qualified tenant with excellent rental references and very good credit with current verifiable income of at least three times the monthly rent. The current residents are all professionals so it is very important that all tenants respect the quiet hours of house from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are also looking for someone who will maintain a clean and sanitary living environment, particularly in the common areas of the house. There’s also a limit to the number of overnight guests. Finally, this is a no smoking property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes of any kind, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes are not allowed. No pets please.
