This fully furnished 1 bedroom unit is on the ground floor with a private entrance and patio. Watch the birds through your skylights above the comfortable deep seated couch. There are great views across the mountains from the trail 3 blocks away, and views of the bay at the other end of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful, plus it's 3 blocks from hiking trails with expansive views. Located at the top of the Oakland hills just south of Montclair, it feels like you're away from it all but it's quick and easy to get around the bay area from here. 15 min to anywhere in Oakland, 20 min to SF, Berkeley or Alameda. There's a great neighborhood grocery 5 min away. Artificial scent and pet free, a safe haven for people to stay who have pet allergies. I use natural cleaning supplies. Most things in the unit are unscented, but there are a few naturally scented products. Please do not use scented products in the washer or dryer. There are security cameras facing the street, and motion sensor lights around the property outside. There are a few steps inside the unit, the bathroom with washer/dryer is a few feet above ground level. The queen size bed has a memory foam hybrid mattress and high thread count cotton bedding. There are a couple polyester blankets in the unit too, but most fabrics there are cotton. I'd prefer a longer lease, but I'm open to short leases too. Utilities including high speed Wi-Fi are an additional $250 per month.
