The 1 bedroom apartment available is located on the 2nd floor with large closet space, and plenty of cabinet space + large patio. It has upgraded features such as: granite counter tops and laminate flooring. There is also Central Air and Heat, a microwave, dishwasher, and gas stove. Qualification Requirements/ Pet Deposit: Pet deposit $500.00 for dogs, $300.00 for cats. Security Deposit: Half of one months rent on approved credit (Score of 720+), anything below will be reviewed for approval and the security deposit will be determined.
