The kitchenette comes complete with mini fridge, microwave, electric two-burner cooktop, electric tea kettle, and some dishes/silverware. No proper stove or sink, sorry :( Full private bathroom has been updated with modern, walk-in tile shower. Linens, towels, and dishes may also be provided - it's ready to go. Laundry on site in the main house - just coordinate with me via text! Private entrance through pretty French doors that open to a back courtyard. Have a bite in the comfortable, sunny outdoor dining space and relax around the fire pit under our fruitful orange tree. The back yard is shared with the 3 other tenants in the house and other studio. Awesome neighborhood - walk 2 blocks to downtown Culver City. Tons of delicious restaurants, the Culver Steps, and the Culver movie theatre .
