IMPORTANT: Hoping to add a sublet to our lease ASAP to rent out my single bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment in central LA. Available around now until Friday July 6th / Saturday July 7th for about $1380 per month. The sublet would need to pay the $45 application fee, apply for $10 renter's insurance, pay the $250 security deposit and sign the lease. The apartment has a great view, good for hosting, and walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. I'd like to have a sublet sign & pay by this weekend or next week (3/9). Move in any date before Thursday 3/15. Covers: Security Deposit:$250 Application Fee: $45 (one time fee) Rent--$1,300 per month Own parking space-- $40 per month Utilities--$30 per month Renter's Insurance: $10-$20 per month depending on which company you use. Looking for someone between the ages of 23-25 as the other tenant is and recent graduate. Ideally for someone comfortable with friends visiting and occasional late nights. She's fun and bubbly so someone hoping to have fun and explore the LA area :) The photos from the ad are from the show room as my room is currently in boxes at the moment. This is a great apartment with full amenities including on-site parking, in-unit laundry, and an off -site gym and pool. Bedroom comes with its own bathroom and closet. The unit has a full kitchen.
