You would have the 2 bedroom place to yourself 95% of the time but I'd like to reserve my bedroom for very occasional visits. The rest of the time you could use the 2nd bedroom / my bedroom for guests, or an office or as needed. Living room has a beautiful piano I bought brand-new a few years ago, built-in ceiling wraparound bookshelves, matching velvet couch and chair, and wooden desk. Architecture is cozy, vintage hipster 1940's Hollywood vibe, back when things were designed to last and floors were real wood. I'm open to re-painting whole place simple white (and almost did) but decided not to because I actually love how cozy and cute it feels with the bright colors from one room to the next. Setting is very private, quiet, back-end on an accessible, dead-end alleyway, front-end shaded with trees and a gated, sloping front yard. There's a quiet, small courtyard and front porch area. Great neighbors in the surrounding complex, hard-working, friendly artists who keep a big veggie and flower garden in front yard and hang-out / grill spot in backyard.
