Calm and quiet residential block conveniently located near the 101 freeway. 3 blocks away going up the hill you will get open views to the Hollywood Sign while walking through Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean Revival historic homes. The nearest Metro Red Line is located at Hollywood & Highland by the shopping mall. Very walkable area. There are coffee shops like Intelligentsia and Starbucks, local grocery and convenience stores, several options for restaurants, CVS, UPS within 5 minutes by foot either near Cahuenga Blvd or Highland Ave. Minutes away are Hollywood's oldest eateries "Musso & Frank Grill" and "Miceli's"; the iconic Hollywood Wax Museum; Grauman's Theatre Celebrity Foot and Handprints; the Walk of Fame; the "Oscars" Dolby Theatre and the Hollywood Bowl.
