Must know that you'd only be able to obtain permit after 3 mos. after you've established residence. - If your budget permits, optional parking in a separate lot is available for $200. This place is great! You can easily walk to the Blvd. and grab a bite to eat or get some errands done. Post office, all major banks, subway transportation, grocery shopping (Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Ralph's and Yucca Market are close), down the street from Franklin Village, Runyon Park, hop and skip to Griffith Park, great nightlife, etc... please don't hesitate to call me if you'd like to view the apt.
