Hi everyone, we're looking for a new tenant for our semi-furnished guest house compound at the rear of the property ideally starting on September 1st, (but could definitely begin later in September) for a year lease, which could be renewed thereafter. The little semi-furnished compound consists of a large studio with a loft bedroom, an outdoor patio and garden space, and a dedicated multi-purpose space in a separate cabin structure. High ceilings, bespoke wood paneling, skylights, massive barn & large window/ doors, new stove and dishwasher, tiled walk-in shower, king bed, a green roof of succulents, tons of vegetation (bamboo, banana tree, lemon tree, aloes, etc.), and robust mini-split air conditioning / heating in both structures. It's located on our historic property in Angelino Heights — an area that’s miraculously walkable for LA — just a few blocks from Echo Park Lake, the many great restaurants, bars, and shops on Sunset Boulevard, and the hiking trails of Elysian Park. Ideal for a single human or a couple. We will have a very friendly golden retriever in the front house, as well our very mellow and personable tabby cat. It would be ideal if you were animal friendly and liked seeing them in passing:). (Unfortunately, because of the animals already on our property, we can't have additional pets at this time, so sorry.) There will be an additional $200 monthly utilities fee, which will be inclusive of electricity, water, heat, good WiFi and a bi-monthly gardener. The separate studio has air-conditioning, three windows, and could be used as an office, exercise room, or lounge. There is unusually ample street parking, and a washer/dryer that is shared with us in our basement, but easily accessible to you through the back porch without entering our living space.
