A light-filled, newly renovated private studio located in the heart of Venice. This bright and spacious unit is located within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, and all the trendy spots in the area, as well as the beach. The studio features high ceilings, skylights, and double doors that lead to the garden, where you'll find a sitting area with table and chairs. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and toaster. Towels and linens are not provided. You'll also find a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV with Roku, and a dining table with chairs. The unit is temperature controlled with a "minisplit" system that both heats and cools the space. There is a shared laundry room just behind the studio as well as beach shower. Utilities including electricity, gas, water, and high-speed internet are included in the rent. Access to the studio is through a side gate with a keypad lock, and there is plenty of street parking available. We have two well-behaved dogs that enjoy the shared yard when we are around. The studio has a small gated porch to keep the pets out. Venice is known for its canals, inspired by those in Italy, and the iconic boardwalk, home to Muscle Beach, street performers, vendors, bars, and restaurants. Trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard and up-and-coming Rose Avenue are also popular destinations, with a variety of hip eateries and shops. Be sure to check out the Venice Pier, where you can enjoy scenic views and great dining options.
