Faulkner University is a 7-minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, or pipes in or around the home will incur a $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited.
