Located just minutes from Montgomery's best attractions, this home offers both comfort and convenience. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad on the side door leading into the kitchen. Relax in the comfortable living room with comfy armchairs and a sofabed. Past the living room is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are off the living room. By the lawn, you will see a lovely covered porch with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for your use. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is in a very convenient location with easy access to major highways, interstates, and shopping. Just a few minutes away from Pecan Grove Park and Eastdale Mall and 15 minutes from downtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The home has a no-smoking policy. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
