Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, the first bedroom is on the right side. Walk straight from the main door to reach the living room with a decorative fireplace. Beside the fireplace, there is a door going to our spacious backyard. On the right of the living room, you will see a dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an access door going to the first bedroom. On the left side of the main entrance is a hallway leading to the bathrooms and four other bedrooms. Outside the house, you will see outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. We are just a few minutes from groceries and shops and only a 10-minute drive to Baptist Medical Center South! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
