Feel at home in this charming three-bedroom, two-bath home in Forest Hills, accommodating up to 10 guests. Located just 10 minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum, and 15 minutes to Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery Zoo, and the airport. Only 4.5 miles to the new White Water Park opening summer 2023. Inside, you'll find plenty of space, plus a fully fenced backyard with a swing set for added fun. The main entrance to the home is through the front portico. The first room you'll see once inside is the living room, where you'll find a couch with a queen pullout bed, two chairs, and a large TV over an antique fireplace. To the right of the living room is a cozy dining room with a table and chairs for 8. Pass through the dining room to the kitchen, where you'll feel like you stepped into the comforts of Grandma's kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen may have all the retro vibes, but it is ready for all your modern-day cooking needs. The light and bright laundry room is off the back of the kitchen and is stocked with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. To find the bedrooms and bathrooms, you turn left off the main entrance to the home. The first bedroom has a king bed and ample closet space to store your belongings during your stay. The second bedroom has two full beds and a desk for all your work-from-home needs. The last bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, as well as toys, books, and games for kids. The two full bathrooms are also near the bedrooms. Don't forget to check out the backyard with a large patio, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, and plenty of space for kids and pets to run around. There is even a full-size play set for kids to enjoy. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is located in the Capital Heights area of Montgomery. The area is charming and established, conveniently located to the Interstate, downtown, shopping, and dining. There is plenty of space for cars in the driveway for guests to utilize. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are readily available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. The second bedroom includes a desk for all your work-from-home needs.
