The dining area seats six and is complemented by additional seating options. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. The backyard pool is open until October 1st and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. Driving is recommended, but a variety of amenities are within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, with no shared spaces. Contact-less check-in is available, and we are only a call or message away if needed. A minimum age of 21 is required to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
