These units can accommodate up to two small dogs, up to 25 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Tenants with dogs are required to carry renter's insurance. There is an additional $50-per-month fee. First floor units can accommodate medium size dogs, up to 75 pounds full grown.
