Southridge East Apartments

These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, and include a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an eight-plex apartment building located behind Target and Menards near Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire. We have units coming available in both our Southridge and gateway Ridge Apartments now, and in future months. Rent starts at $930 per month with a signed, 6-month lease if you move in before March 1st, 2026 on a Gateway Ridge Apartment and includes lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. The security deposit also is $930 or equal to one month’s rent. Rent subject to change after the first lease term. Southridge Apartments start at $990 per month with a 12 month signed lease agreement. The security deposit is also $990 per month. Gas/electric utilities are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages between $90 and $150 per month. In the winter, we provide expected high-end averages of about $150 per month. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy. Water/sewer utilities also are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $25 per person per month. Water is paid directly to Regal Property Management quarterly. We request that the received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check. This is a smoke free property.
