These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an eight-plex apartment building located off the North Crossing and Jeffers Road in Eau Claire. Rent includes lawn care, snow removal and trash services. Rent starts at $930 per month with a signed, 6-month lease. The security deposit also is $930. Pricing is subject to change after first lease term.
