These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an eight-plex apartment building located off the North Crossing and Jeffers Road in Eau Claire. Rent includes lawn care, snow removal and trash services. Rent starts at $990 per month with a signed, 12-month lease. The security deposit also is $990. Gas/electric utilities are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages between $75 and $125 per month. In the winter, we provide expected high-end averages of about $150 per month. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy.
