The house and shared spaces: - 3 bed, 2.5 bath single family home in a quiet cul de sac. - There are three grocery stores within a 5 minute drive! -We would share the kitchen, living room, washer dryer, patio and fenced in backyard, and you would have access to the garage. - There is a smart thermostat with AC/heat throughout the house - Another dog or other small pet may be considered…But, a cat is not ideal bc my dog isn’t great with cats. - No smoking allowed.
