All three bedrooms have carpet. The largest bedroom has a 1/2 bath attached to it with updated flooring, toilet, counter top, tile, and light fixture. The main bathroom has updated tile in the tub/shower, toilet, countertop and light fixture. In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace. The house has an attached garage with a garage door opener and a new roof. All walls have been freshly painted. Application required. $65 non refundable application fee for each adult. All occupants age 18 or older are required to submit a rental application. Lease terms: 6 month residential agreement We required renters insurance. Security damage/water deposit of $700. $400 is a non-refundable move in fee. $300 is damage/water deposit which is fully refundable.
