I have 1 open room for rent in my townhouse. Bedroom 1 was just rented and Bedroom 2 in the pictures is currently available. I live in the master bedroom. $800/month for 1 room. Rent includes high-speed internet and utilities except for electricity and water. Lease will be a month to month agreement. See attached pictures for dimensions of the rooms and the house. The rooms are not furnished but the common areas are. The house shares only 1 wall with another house and has a fenced, private back yard. $1,600 deposit, or $800 if you have renter's insurance. $45 Non refundable background check fee. No pets. No heavy drinking. No smoking or non-prescription drugs on the property. Vaping is ok outside. I am a 39 year-old single man that works in tech. I am fairly quiet and would expect you to be the same. I have added enhanced soundproofing to aid with that.
