I have 4 furnished rooms in a 6 bedroom 2 bath house, and we have a rare opening of one room available. The home is on 3/4 of an acre, with a large back yard including a pool and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Only 14 minutes from downtown. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, and desk, shared bathroom. All utilities are included ( yep WiFi, Peacock, Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon, Pluto too). This is ideal for grad students, travel nurses, traveling executives, or any one needing short term housing as the lease in month to month. $30.00 background check required at application. A $200 refundable deposit is required at the time the lease is signed. If you are a drunk, drug addict or party animal, find another zoo please.
