A $200 refundable deposit is required at the time the lease is signed. If you are a drunk, drug addict or party animal, find another zoo please. If you are here in the spring we have 1/3 of an acre of garden plot totally unused, for you to grow what ever you want. NO COUPLES, ONE Tenent per room, NO PETS!!
