You don't really find homes of this size with master bedrooms so large. I can fit my king sized bed and oversized furniture with plenty of room to spare. The walk in closet is awesome. The master bath is probably my favorite. The marble shower even has little shells in some places. Duel showers with separate temperature controls are great for showering with a partner. And the endless hot water systems means you never run out of hot water, ever. The kitchen has beautiful custom stained cabinets with so much counter space. I love cooking in here. The living room is huge! The slate entryway and large windows really bring the room together. The low maintenance lawn and landscaping are great. The sprinkler system takes care of the watering and the bark in the beds take care of most of the weeds. Near the home is the Andrew Rypien Playfield with a mile long track around the perimeter, I like going for walks and runs in the evening.
