Tall pines insulate the sounds of the city while you enjoy natural wildlife from your windows. This daylight basement is fully separate and private, with lots of natural light and fresh white paint. The non-egress, en-suite bedroom is quiet and dark for easy sleeping. Well equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs, and a second full bathroom with stand up shower. Enjoy a large, fenced backyard with garden lights and covered outdoor seating while you watch the neighborhood deer and turkeys roam the property. Utilize the covered outdoor seating area to watch a summer storm or turn on the gas fireplace during those chilly PNW days and nights. A full sized washer and dryer is provided in the second bathroom for your convenience. You have access to your non-covered parking space that fits 2 cars in tandem, your full daylight basement with your own separate entrance, and the full backyard. The shed and garden shed are private but available for storage use with an additional fee. There is one motion detected outdoor security camera that looks down onto the walkway to the front door. It will be on during your stay. We do not allow smoking of any kind or events at the Regal Street Retreat.
