Bellevue at a Glance
West Bellevue Neighborhood
The upscale neighborhood of West Bellevue sits between Interstate 405 and Lake Washington on the east and west and between NE 8th Street on the north and Interstate 90 on the south.
Trendy shops and restaurants abound on the north end of the neighborhood. Cultural attractions include the Bellevue Arts Museum and the Lincoln Square Cinemas. The south end of West Bellevue is primarily residential. Bellevue High School sits in the center of the neighborhood. The school’s amenities include baseball and softball diamonds, a football field, and a running track.
Each of West Bellevue’s parks has a distinctive personality. Downtown Park is the crown jewel of the neighborhood, with formal gardens, a waterfall and reflecting pond, and a picnic area with views of Mount Rainier and downtown buildings. Clyde Beach Park is a waterfront park overlooking Meydenbauer Bay, with picnic and play areas, a public dock, a swimming beach, and restrooms. Wildwood Park is a cozy area with a flower garden and walking trails. Chism Park overlooks Lake Washington, with beach swimming and picnic areas that are perfect for weddings and other large group events. Killarney Glen Park appeals to athletes with its tennis courts, sports court, and trails.
The Mercer Slough, located on the east side of West Bellevue, is the largest remaining wetland area in Lake Washington. Mercer Slough Nature Park, covering 320 acres, attracts cyclists, hikers, joggers, and bird watchers. Its interconnected system of paved paths, boardwalks, and soft trails make getting around the park fun and interesting. The Winters House Visitor Center and the Mercer Slough Environmental Education Center offer educational opportunities on the wetlands and interpretive exhibits.

About Our Deals
Apartment Finder utilizes the industry's largest and most complete database of real-time rents and availabilities to help you find an amazing deal on your next rental.
Price Drop
Apartment communities change their rental rates often - sometimes multiple times a day. We track the changes and keep you up to date when a rental rate decreases.
Best Value
"Best value" units are located in buildings rated three stars or higher. We label apartment rentals that are priced significantly less than similar high-quality units nearby.
Rent Specials
Apartment communities regularly advertise deals for new residents. Whether it's a move-in special or a free tv, we locate the rentals that offer a little something extra when you sign your lease.
Note: Based on community-supplied data and independent market research. Subject to change without notice.
